Thalyann leveraged SQL and Python to deliver a program evaluation to an education nonprofit, using these skills to create standardized measures and assess student outcomes… Throughout the project, I saw Thalyann's exceptional strengths not just in analytical ability and data prowess, but also in client-facing skills. Thalyann proved to be an effective communicator who went above and beyond to make an impact.

I had the pleasure of working with Thalyann on a data analytics project for a nonprofit through Prometheus. As team lead, she balanced technical expertise with clear communication, regularly presenting our progress to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a way that kept everyone aligned on priorities. She made sure each team member felt supported, checking in proactively and stepping in wherever help was needed. When we hit blockers, she was always ready to talk through the problem, and I appreciated the insights she brought to finding a solution. Her leadership and guidance kept our team on track and helped us deliver high-quality work that was genuinely impactful.
